“I’ve stayed a number of times in one of their cottages, if you’re a fisherman or sailor it has everything you need. Mary, Capt Billy and Tiffany all provide excellent service and provide a very convenient and great place to stay. Book a trip! ”

“Great stay and fantastic views. Felt like we were isolated, yet only 10 minutes from Kilmarnock. Enjoyed the great blue heron, seagulls, nuthatches and humming bird that were around the property. Large rooms and plenty of space to spread out.”

“Property was amazing. My oldest took advatage of having his own place with the separate house. Everything you needed was there, just bring your food. Kitchen had everything needed, the "smoke shack" was great, rather you were smoking or grilling food or cooking up breakfast on the blackstone! Two kayaks and one inflatable were awesome to have! Firepit (just bring somenwood) and grabpots provided were a plus. Decor of the home was great and very private area plus having your own little beach area……

“Great place to see the ocean, feel the breeze and be away from the city. The house was super clean. My complaint would be that the water in the shower etc seems to be super hard water as it took forever to get the shampoo out my hair lol. But, don't let that take you away from the views of this place. Also, if you have kids you might be very observant of the roots in the water at the beach as there are many that are sticking up and if you are not careful you can step on these if you are……

“Our 3rd stay at Bayberry - it's like a home away from home at this point. Only cleaner and less chaotic. Lol. Well stocked, nice towels, comfortable bed/mattress, quiet and private - 5 star love !”

“Even though we could only stay one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. So much detail to everything, games for kids, cleanliness, coffee for adults, its own little bird sanctuary out back with hummingbirds. The patriotic theme throughout was my favorite. “We had a wonderful few days at the Little House as part of a longer week exploring VA and WV. The cottage was inviting and well equipped (even Band-Aids!). The property was tranquil with great water views. It was in a secluded area yet a short drive to nearby towns. We enjoyed use of the kayak, relaxing on the porch, and listening to the rain hit the roof on our last night. Rob and the neighbors are welcoming and friendly. ”
